Historic Charm Meets Lasting Outdoor Durability
Transform any exterior space with a weatherproof wall lantern that blends timeless vintage character with reliable performance. The arched arm and broad shade cast warm, focused downlight onto walkways and doorways, guiding guests and highlighting architectural detail. Built from sturdy iron with an aged finish, this hardwired outdoor sconce holds up year-round against rain, wind, and UV exposure. Works with energy-saving LED bulbs (E26 base, sold separately) so you enjoy both ambiance and lower power bills. Perfect for porches, patios, garage entries, or garden walls where you want that authentic period look without constant upkeep. Simple installation, maximum impact—bring that classic lantern glow to your home's exterior.
Why You Need This
- Downward-Focused Illumination: The wide shade directs light exactly where you need it—onto steps, paths, and entryways—cutting glare and boosting safety.
- Rugged All-Weather Construction: Iron body and sealed fittings stand up to heavy rain, snow, and summer sun without rusting or fading.
- Vintage Design That Never Dates: Curved arm and aged finish mirror old-world lanterns, adding instant curb appeal to any architecture style.
- LED-Ready for Lower Bills: Standard E26 socket accepts modern LED or CFL bulbs, cutting energy use by up to 80% compared to incandescent.
- Quick Hardwired Setup: Direct-wire connection ensures a clean, permanent install—no cords to hide, no batteries to replace.
- Versatile Outdoor Use: Hang by front doors, along covered porches, in garden alcoves, or beside garage doors for cohesive period-style lighting.
Crafted for Real-World Use
Every detail serves function and style: the broad 10.2 × 9.1 inch silhouette makes a statement without overwhelming smaller walls, while the sealed iron body keeps moisture out season after season. The downward-facing shade minimizes light pollution and insect attraction, so you get functional illumination where it counts. Pair with a warm-white LED bulb (2700–3000K) to replicate the glow of vintage gas lamps, or choose daylight white for better visibility. Installation is straightforward—mount the backplate, connect live and neutral wires, secure the fixture, and you're done. Whether you're restoring a historic home or adding character to a new build, this lantern delivers authentic vintage appeal backed by modern reliability. Enjoy free US shipping and a 30-day return window, so you can light up your outdoor spaces with complete confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Lighting
Bulbs, dimming, installation & careWhich bulb do I need, and is it included?
The product page shows whether a bulb is included, plus the socket type (such as E26 or E12) and the maximum wattage. We recommend LED bulbs: they use less energy, last longer and stay cool to the touch. Choose "warm white" (2700K–3000K) for a cozy glow in living areas and bedrooms.
Is it dimmable?
Every product page tells you whether a lamp is dimmable. To dim, you'll need both a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. Using a non-dimmable bulb on a dimmer can cause flickering or buzzing.
How is it installed?
Table and floor lamps are plug-and-play: just plug them into a standard wall outlet. Ceiling lights and wall sconces that are hardwired should be installed by a licensed electrician. Always switch off the power at the breaker before any installation.
How do I clean my lamp?
Always switch off or unplug the lamp and let the bulb cool down first. Dust metal and glass with a soft, dry cloth, gently vacuum fabric shades with a brush attachment, and avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the lamp. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
