You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Email us at info@lonoma.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you the return form and the return address. Your refund is issued within 7 days after we receive the item.

Email us as soon as possible at info@lonoma.com. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it's on its way, we can no longer make changes, but our return policy still has you covered.

Every product page lists the full dimensions (height, width, depth, diameter) along with the materials and weight. For lighting, we also list the socket type and the recommended bulb. Not sure how a piece will fit in your space? Send us a message and we'll be happy to help.

We photograph every piece in natural light to show its color and texture as accurately as possible. Screen settings vary from device to device, but we make it a priority that what you see is what you get. Have a question about a finish? Just ask.
