Every product page lists the exact dimensions and, where it applies, a size guide or weight range. For beds, measure your pet from nose to tail while they're lying down and add a few inches. Is it safe for my pet?
The materials used are listed on every product page, so you know exactly what your pet is in contact with. Always supervise your pet with a new toy or accessory at first, check it regularly for wear, and replace it once it's damaged. No toy is completely indestructible, especially for strong chewers.
How do I clean it?
Specific care instructions are listed on each product page. In general: machine wash removable covers and blankets cold (86°F) on a gentle cycle and let them air dry; wash bowls and feeders with warm water and mild soap; and wipe carriers and accessories with a damp cloth. Regular cleaning keeps everything fresh and lasting longer.
